Coach Stewart has led the Raiders 5 years (57-31-3) now with two playoff appearances winning the program’s first playoff game in history 2024 after their 2023 playoff debut.  He’s been named the 2023 and 2024 Region 8-6a Coach of the year, 2023 Co-County Coach of the Year and the 2024 County Coach of the Year.  In 2024 North finished with their first ever end of the year State Ranking, #8.  He is also a coaching staff member with the United Futbal Academy.  

Since 2009, Coach Stewart directed the Heritage High School Patriots to an overall record of 139-64-9. Ten of his eleven teams qualified for the state playoffs.  Heritage enjoyed an undefeated region championship in 2012 was a 5-time region runners-up and made it to state quarterfinalist in ’14, ’15, and ’17. He was a 5-time region coach of the year (2009, ’12, ’14, ’15, ’17); named to the Georgia High School All-Star Coaching Staff (13' and 15') and 2016 SE Metro All-Star Game. Coach Stewart holds a USSF National C coaching license and previously served as a staff coach for RYSA Revolution (2001-2010, 2015-2020). 

Coach Stewart was raised in Conyers, Georgia where he grew up playing Soccer with the Rockdale Youth Soccer Association and Heritage High School.  He was a two-time semi-finalist in the Georgia State Cup and named All-State club player in 1997.  Coach Stewart graduated from Heritage High School in 1997 after a stellar career. He was named to the All-Area team (’96 and ’97); was region player of the year (’97) and was named to the All-State team (97').  Coach Stewart continued his education and playing career at Berry College, graduating in 2001 with a degree in psychology and sociology.  He has a master’s degree in special education from Valdosta State University. Coach Stewart’s wife, Bailey, is an elementary school teacher. She also grew up playing soccer and continued playing in college as well. They have three children.
